- Lead backend development efforts.
- Potentially manage one junior developer (task assignment, tracking).
- Proactively communicate with frontend (iOS, Android) and web teams.
- Anticipate future feature needs and plan accordingly.
- Understand and contribute to business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Node.js Developer.
- Strong understanding of backend development best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
Terms & Conditions:
- Hourly pay, with a single monthly payment for all worked hours.
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5/2 schedule.
- The final salary level will be determined after the interview.
- Opportunity to work remotely on interesting projects.
